I had the great pleasure of presenting her extraordinary Infinity Mirror Rooms at Tate Modern, an exhibition that captured the imagination of audiences who queued to step inside Kusama’s extraordinary world of reflection, light and infinity.
Her life and career were remarkable. Through adversity, she developed a visual language entirely her own and became one of the most recognisable and influential artists of our time.
Looking back at this film today feels particularly poignant, but above all, it is a celebration of an extraordinary creative and inspirational life.
What a life. What an artist. What a legacy. Yayoi Kusama — forever infinite!
